The ultimate treat for Easter! Our Ledbury truffle and honey hams are handmade by Brett Graham, using legs from free range pigs roasted with Brett’s special cure, then covered with 20g of our black winter truffles and Aynhoe Park honey. They’re easy to warm and glaze at home – simple instructions are provided. Each ham is a minimum of 800g so feeds 4-6 people. Our hams will be sent out for Easter week ONLY – but preorder as soon as possible to ensure availability, as supply will be limited. The best ham we have ever tasted!
