We hold the data only of our active and previous customers, and of those who have given their data to us expressly for the purposes of keeping them informed about our products and services.
The only data we hold is name and contact details – i.e. email address, postal address and phone number.

We send a regular email newsletter (usually weekly) to our customers, and to those who have subscribed to our email list, for the sole purpose of keeping them informed about the current availability and prices of the products (truffles) that we sell.
We use a third party provider, Constant Contact Inc., to deliver our newsletter. We store your email addresses within our Constant Contact account – they are market leaders within their field and take data protection extremely seriously – their privacy statement can be viewed here and their terms and conditions here.
We sometimes gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter.
