Welcome to our wonderful world of truffles…

I love sharing truffle stories and information; this blog creates a place to do it.

I’ll be telling stories about our immediate truffle surroundings – our woods, dogs and hunts – but also talking about the wider world of truffles, both here in the UK and around the world.

The aim is to share my passionate love of this unique, mysterious and wonderful fungus; maybe dispelling a few myths along the way as well.

We’ll be talking too about hunting, cooking, eating and storing truffles – with recipes from fellow truffle loving friends and chefs.
